How to measure for your Curtain Pole.

When replacing an existing curtain rail measure your existing curtain rail to get the correct length for your pole
For other windows measure the inside recess width of the window as shown in the diagram. Add at least 15cm (6”) to each side i.e. 30cm ( 12” ) in total. Make a note of the total measurement and then start looking through our huge range of poles and accessories for your ideal curtain pole.

Please note
All our poles can be cut down to size using a small hacksaw. We would recommend choosing the size longer than you require so you can be sure that you have the correct size pole.

Notes:
All pole measurements are that of the pole only, on which the curtain rings can travel.
The lengths of the finials are over and above the pole length quoted.
Longer poles will be in two pieces and are joined in with a centre bracket.
