Your chosen goods are carefully delivered using one of a number of well known and respected carriers. The carrier chosen depends on the physical length of your order.
Most items will require a signature for proof of delivery.
Please make sure someone is at the delivery address when the items are due otherwise the goods will be taken back to the carriers depot. Unfortunately we cannot determine what time the delivery will be. It could be any time between 9am and 5pm.
Generally orders for stock items will be delivered within 5 working days. If you have to put your exact measurement in then the item is made to measure and delivery times are shown, please be aware any item you have to put your exact measurement in cannot be returned or refunded.
Sometimes an item may be out of stock and delivery times will be longer. We will contact you if this is the case.
Orders for non-stock items are indicated where the estimated delivery is longer than 5 working days.
The estimated delivery time is usually the maximum time an item should take from ordering to delivery.
All damages must be reported within 3 working days to our customer service team on 01924 481 711.
Any incorrect items must be reported within 1 week.
We are a UK based store and specialise in supplying to UK mainland customers. However we will consider delivery overseas.
