note - measurements
We make the blinds to your exact measurements.
Make sure you have deducted at least 1.5cm for clearance
on the width if the blinds are going inside a window recess.
Take measurements at the narrowest point on the width (you
may have tiles on the bottom half of your window recess)
then deduct for clearance.
A product which
requires the exact width to be typed in the box is 'Made-to-Measure'
and cannot be returned under our normal terms and conditions.
Important
note - colour
The blind colours are represented the best they can on your
screen. If the exact colour of the blind is important please
use the contact us form and request a sample.
Our blinds are made from a natural product and slight colour
variations in the wood grain may occur.
Important
note - delivery
We cannot give you a specific delivery day or time.
Your items will be delivered on a week day between five
and ten full working days from the time of ordering. We
do give you the option of delivery to an alternative address
if think you may not be able to stay in.
Notes
Controls are assembled as tilt wand on the left side and
lift cords on the right side. These cannot be altered. Due
to packaging reasons, the length of the tilt wand will be
the same as the width of the blind. The blinds is easily
fitted using universal brackets
which can be face fixed to the window or wall, top fixed
or side fixed. All necessary brackets and fittings are included.
